comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
✔ Bookings must be made in advance via our website.
✔ Payment can be made through online transactions or cash.
✔ Fares are subject to change based on distance, time, and additional
services.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
✔ Cancellations within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee.
✔ No refunds for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
✔ Booking charges are ₹1000, and car cancellation charges are capped at a
maximum of ₹1000.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
✔ Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
✔ Any damage to the cab caused by passengers will be charged accordingly.
✔ Smoking, drinking, or illegal activities inside the cab are strictly
prohibited.
4.Responsibilities
Terms & Conditions: Applicable as per company policy.
Toll & Parking: Charges are extra and to be borne by
the customer.
Driver's Food: Additional charges apply.
Average Kilometers: 300 km per day.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Ramdev Cab is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as
traffic, weather, or road conditions. We are also not liable for any loss of
belongings during the ride.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted
on this page.
